Brew the whole first bag. If it's not the best cup in your kitchen, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of your first order — no returns, no forms, no interrogation.
No need to ship anything back
Coffee is perishable, so we don't ask you to return it. Keep it, gift it, or compost it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong roast, reach out within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you — your choice.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Once issued, banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
